The Morrow Mustangs will look to continue their dream start to the season Friday night on the road against Sandy Creek.

Morrow figures to face its toughest test yet in Sandy Creek. The Patriots are ranked No. 4 in Class AAAA and are coming off an 8-4 season in which they advanced to the Class AAAA Sweet 16. Sandy Creek has allowed just 17 points in two games. The Patriots have a strong running game, led by senior Jordan Clark.

The Mustangs are off to their best start in 20 years and have done so with a talented group of young playmakers. Quarterback Kris Clark has a strong hold of the offense, and delivers the ball to an assortment of skill position players in the right spots. Defensively, the Mustangs are strong up front and have forced multiple turnovers in all three of their games.

Friday’s game is Morrow’s final non-region game of the season.
